15 Years of Restaurant Consulting Experience

Chef Deepak, the founder of SALT Restaurant Consultants, has more than 15 years of hands-on food service experience. Food development and Restaurant operations are his passion. When great food and seamless kitchen operations really matter, SALT's richness of experience as Food Consultants and Chefs enable us to smooth out the operations and develop dishes that taste great, tempt visitors, and create a buzz in the market. As restaurant and hospitality specialists we will help you increase profits while maximizing the performance and growth of your restaurant or hotel food and beverage.

An alumnus of the prestigious Institute of Hotel Management Catering & Nutrition, Pusa, New Delhi, Deepak has worked with celebrated chefs from across the globe. During his tenure as a chef he won a number of awards including the youngest Chef-de- Rotisserie To enhance his knowledge of catering he moved to the US and did his bachelor’s degree in catering & Gourmet Cooking from Pennsylvania State University.

Apart from being a seasoned chef and a well qualified caterer, Deepak brings to the table a proven track record of establishing and running restaurant and catering businesses. With his in-depth understanding of the business, Deepak has the expertise to guide you on all the aspects of running a restaurant. Whether it is team building, deciding the menu, or creating the right ambiance, the consulting team at SALT will help you to successfully navigate the operational stumbling blocks in these areas.
